Ten points up with five minutes to go and looking comfortable then – calamity! With Trojans 3 anything can happen – and it did!
Having scored twenty-odd in their opening three games, the 45 they had on the board should have been enough, but turnovers galore and an array of missed shots meant that the veterans were hanging on for dear life as the seconds ticked away and Tornadoes edged closer – and closer – and closer until the inevitable happened.
a 51-48 loss left the Trojans side – sporting their new red kit……. heartbroken.
