Trojans 1 took maximum points on their road trip to Nuneaton as their sheer power and precision ended their hosts’ hopes after just one quarter.
The final score of 79-31 didn’t look likely after the opening ten minutes when trojans led 16-15, but after that there was only one winner as the former Champions showed their mettle and left Nuneaton looking decidedly as blue as their kit.
Wayne Jones added a further four three-pointers to his already impressive season’s total and Enoch Kolawole showed what a valuable addition he has been to the squad as Trojans bossed things to turn in an 8-26 second quarter, before following that up with an 8-37 second half.
Kolawole topped with 18 as Mark Larner made 15 and Jones 14, while Will Thorne led Nuneaton on 12.
