LADIES AIMING HIGH

After a summer break, our ladies squad returned to pre-season training to be greeted by new coach Chris Maddox and his book of stretches, drills and plays. The ladies keen to improve have been attending in good numbers and have impressed the coach with their efforts and commitment.
Coach commented after the latest session “this is the hardest working group I have had the privilege of working with – they would put most mens team to shame.”
The ladies are currently training on Monday evenings from 8pm till 10pm.
