GAC shocked Trojans 1 by winning the second leg of their first round handicap cup tie 98-90 to go with the first leg result of 99-90.
Trojans did all the hard work in the second quarter which they won 37-18 and were 62-61 adrift with nineteen minutes left, but GAC rallied and some awful shooting left Trojans floundering in the final quarter.
this means that Trojans 1, Trojans 3 and Trojans Colts are all out and into the Plate competition.
Trojans 2 take on Rugby tomorrow (Friday) facing an uphill battle themselves.
