Trojans veteran 3 side went down and out of the Shield despite a gutsy performance against first division Rugby Rage.

the 95-30 handicap looked as if it was not going to be enough for the vets as Rugby piled into them to get within 13 at half time, but the “Oldies” rallied and managed to get some points on the board and were 131-138 down until Rage hit four more in the last minute to win 143-131.
